Mobile App Download

Download the application from your app store. (Application compatible with Android and iPhone devices)
Open the application and click Register.
On the next screen, enter the following information: Policy Number, First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, click Next.
Enter your Username and Email. You will receive a verification email at the address you have provided.
Enter the verification code contained in the email, and set a password. You will then be logged in.
You will have the option to view all your policies insured through Sublimity Insurance Company.
